Carrie Dagg, the Wayne County Coroner, visited the Health Occ classes today and informed them about Narcan use. They also learned about different health careers that work alongside the coroner.

This is just a last reminder for students that have signed up for the pep bus, the bus will leave from the back parking lot at 4:30. Be in the back parking lot and on the bus before 4:15. Bring your $5 to get on the bus. Go Orphans!

There will be a "Send-off" for the Orphans tomorrow. The team will leave CHS tomorrow at 3:15. They will be escorted out of town by the local police department. If you would like to see them as they leave for Springfield, you can see them and cheer them on to VICTORY along the following route. The team leaves CHS at 3:15 and heads west down Calumet St. and turns right onto Pleasant St. From Pleasant St. they will go west (left) on McCord (Rt. 161). From McCord, they will turn right on Elm St. (Rt. 51) and head north through Central City out of town. If you are available, please come out and show the Orphans your support!

There is a slight change of plans for students riding the Pep Bus Monday. Student Pep Buses will load in the back parking lot. Also, sign ups for the Pep Bus will close at 12:00 (noon) on Monday.
CHS will offer an Adult Fan Bus for Monday's Super Sectional game. The bus will leave at 4:30pm from in front of the gym. Seating is limited, first come first serve. If you would like to ride the Adult Fan Bus, please send a text message or call 618-322-7466.
ALL CHS students need to access their school email for instructions and information regarding Monday night's Super Sectional game vs. Mt. Zion.
Pep Buses will be available Monday night. Access your school email to sign up for the pep bus and ticket information. You must fill out the form in your email to ride the pep bus.
Tickets will be available through Ticket Master at the following link: https://www.ticketmaster.com/event/0700604D906D1505 There are additional fees for purchasing tickets online through Ticketmaster. Tickets will be available at the BOS Center box-office for $10.00 the night of the game.

Orphan Championship Parade is starting now at the VFW.
Buses are almost to Irvington.
Almost to exit the Interstate.
The parade route they will take is Route 51 into town to Noleman at St. Mary's Church. They will then proceed east to Pleasant and then turn right and proceed to Calumet. Once on Calumet Street, they will proceed to the high school.
There will be a parade for the Orphan sectional champs when they get back in town. Stay tuned for a time and route.
