There are two ways to order your transcript from Centralia High School:
The most efficient way is to order through Parchment. We have partnered with Parchment to deliver your transcripts electronically to the colleges you choose. For current students, there is no charge. For alumni students, there is a small fee for sending your transcript. Just click on the link below to order your transcript.
The second way to order your transcript is to complete a transcript request form. The form must be completed, signed, and returned to Centralia High School. There is no charge for obtaining or mailing your transcript. The forms can be found at the main office or you can click on the link below to print a form. The form can be returned to the school, faxed, or emailed to the contact information provided.
