Today the cafeteria is serving toasted cheese ravioli for lunch. Monday they will serve cherry turnovers for breakfast and cheeseburgers for lunch.
Attention Seniors (and senior parents): On Wednesday, September 30th, CHS will host a Senior Parent Night in the cafeteria beginning at 6pm. An ISAC representative will also be on hand to present information regarding financial aid. If you are planning on attending college or a trade school next fall, please encourage your parents to attend.
Attention CHS girls playing powderpuff: The games will start at 2pm on Sunday. We are playing here at CHS on the field. This is a rain or shine event. There will be a captain and coaches meeting at 1:45pm.
Powderpuff t-shirts need to be picked up during lunches today on the stage!
We have several college representatives coming to visit us next week! Please see Mrs. Snyder in the guidance office if you would like to sign up. The visits are for Seniors only.
A representative from Greenville University will be on campus next Tuesday, September 29th at 1pm in the attendance office boardroom. Deadline for sign up is Monday, September 28th.
A representative from Blackburn College will be on campus Thursday, October 1st at 9:30am in the attendance office boardroom. Sign up deadline is Wednesday, September 30th.
A representative from U of I Springfield will be on campus Friday, October 2nd at 9am in the attendance office boardroom. Sign up deadline is Thursday, October 1st.
Today is the last day to buy Homecoming tickets during all lunches. Guest forms must be turned in when buying tickets and tickets for guests must be bought during this time. No guest tickets can be bought at the door. Tickets are $10 a person and CHS students must have their ID to buy tickets! CHS students in good standing will be able to buy a ticket for $20 the night of the dance with their student ID.
Congratulations to Annies volleyball player Marley Edson for scoring her 1000th career kill vs. Carbondale on Tuesday and her 1000th career assist vs. Columbia on Thursday. Way to go, Marley!!
