Today the cafeteria is serving soft tacos for lunch. Tomorrow they will serve scrambled eggs for breakfast and cheeseburgers for lunch.
Attention Boys Track going to Mascoutah tomorrow the 17th: Those that are on the travel list should eat A Lunch (if that is your normal time), EVERYONE ELSE should eat B Lunch and report to the locker room at 11:30am.
Any student that is wanting to play football next year but did not get a summer schedule please stop by the athletic office and pick one up.
There will be an informational meeting for anyone interested in cheer for the upcoming football season on Monday, April 20 at 7:40am upstairs in the gym.
Senior t-shirts are on sale this week ONLY in the cafeteria during lunches! Sales will close at 3:00PM on Friday, April 17th.
Junior, Sophomore, & Freshman students interested in running for student council can pick up a petition outside Mrs. Miller’s room 2053. All petitions are due back tomorrow, April 17 by 2:50pm. Student council elections will be held electronically on April 22nd.
Today we celebrate International Students Day here at CHS. During all lunches, our exchange students will be set up on the stage with posters highlighting their native countries. We encourage you to tour the stage and get to know more about them and their home countries.
Tomorrow, Friday the 17th is the deadline to nominate a teacher for this year's Making a Difference Award. Please consider completing a form for a deserving individual.
Third quarter honor roll has been posted outside the main office. Please check the list. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Kuder in the main office by tomorrow, Friday the 17th.
We’d like to take a moment to recognize some outstanding achievements from this past Saturday at the IDEA State Drafting Competition. Our students competed against top talent from across the state, representing both large and small schools, and once again demonstrated the strength of Centralia’s drafting program.

And continuing a proud tradition of excellence in Machine CAD—where Centralia students have claimed 4 of the last 10 state championships—we are proud to announce our newest state champion:
Aurora Amason – 1st Place, Machine CAD State Champion
