Today the cafeteria is serving chicken fettucine alfredo for lunch.  Tomorrow they will serve pancake sandwiches for breakfast and chicken nuggets for lunch.


Attention bowlers, stop by the Athletic Office to get information on the bowling banquet that will be held this Friday the 20th.


All current members and potential future athletes on the wrestling team should either come see or contact coach Alli this week. An offseason camp is now available.


Cheerleaders please return all basketball cheer uniforms to Ms. Simonton by Thursday March 19th.


Attention freshmen & sophomores: This Friday, you will be taking the PreACT. The testing rooms have been posted in the cafeteria. Please see the list so you know where to go on test day.


Power Hour will meet this Thursday after school in Room 1054. This week’s session will focus on career interests and include surveys to help you discover where your vocational strengths and career aptitudes might be. If you need a ride home after the meeting, please let Mrs. Brooks or Mrs. Shipley know by the end of the school day today.


If you missed Rotary Honors Night and were on the list to receive an award, you may pick it up in the main office during your lunch or supervision or before/after school. All awards need to be picked up by this Friday, March 20th.


It’s Down Syndrome Awareness Week! All week you can support the cause by purchasing a bracelet for $1, dirty sodas for $2, or a regular soda for $1. Tomorrow is Rock your Sock Day! Wear your craziest, most colorful socks.


Food trucks are coming to CHS! This Friday, March 20th they will be in the back parking lot from 11am-1pm. BBQ, donuts, and Coffee Camper will be to choose from.


Congratulations to FFA members Levi Huge, Jacob Tate, Jorja English, and Julie Siegler for an outstanding performance at the Marion County FFA Quiz Bowl last night!
The team battled through tough competition and came out on top, placing 1st against six other teams from Salem FFA, South Central FFA, and team #2 from our very own FFA chapter.
